MEET OUR CLINICAL TEAM

Angela Welker is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.  Angela specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.  She combines medication management with therapy, and uses her experience to make real connections with her clients and to help them create a treatment and recovery plan that makes them comfortable and is consistent with their goals in both treatment and life. 

Angela emphasizes listening to her clients and prioritizes taking the time to understand where they are coming from and the sources of mental health struggles.  She gets great joy out of working with her patients over time and watching them improve and transform their lives.

Angela is a graduate of Arizona Sate University and Regis College.  When she’s not helping ABHW patients become the best versions of themselves, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in nature and with her family.
