MEET OUR CLINICAL TEAM

Jared is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With 11 years of civilian and military healthcare experience, he is currently accepting patients of all ages and diagnoses at Ahwatukee Behavioral Health & Wellness. 

Jared began his professional journey in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. After completing his service, Jared attended Arizona State University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  His experience includes serving as a mental health nurse, where he cared for children and adolescents, and working in neurology and trauma departments. During his service in the military and as an RN, Jared came to understand the centrality of mental health to his patients’ well-being.  These experiences led Jared to develop an unwavering passion for mental health, ultimately leading him to pursue a Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Arizona to obtain his Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree.

Jared’s approach to patient care focuses on treating the whole person. He values both pharmacology management and non-pharmalogical interventions, emphasizing in all cases the importance of lifestyle.  Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, spending time outdoors, and attending sporting events and concerts.
